  Hi Guys, I'm new here...

  been lurking for years, but couldn't log on.

  for some reason, my email spam filter is inaccessable, and ended up having to open another account, simply to become a member... wonder how many others have had a similar problem.. its been an eye opener reading everyones life experiences, often so similar.. i was almost a born in, with a hardcore family.

  abusive stepfather who was one of the original jws in the area, so much so, that it was called the xxxxx family religion.... been out for 25 years, am glad every day for that!!.

  At the end of the summer Dennis would always arrange for an extravagant shipwrecked party at his backyard beach. The decorations always included interesting flotsam and jetsam artfully arranged along the beach as well as large pieces of mystery lagan and of course his killer pineapple coconut punch. Everyone looked forward to the gala and dressed in their finest shipwreck attire.

  As Bernard stood there exhausted and realizing his chance to impress Bernice may have just suffered a collapse he blurted out a ridiculous story to explain his rosebud appearance. Bernice wondering if this was some kind of trap or another one of her best friends amusing games asked him "Did Lisa put you up to this". Bernard was confused by this turn of events and started pulling off the glued on rosebuds while attempting to apologize by asking her if she would like to have a mayan mocha frappe as a peace offering. Now it was Bernice's turn to be confused.

  Leonard in his attempt to smooth things over with Lenora arranged a special lunch at the outdoor cafe Trumpet Crumpet. As they were sitting there discussing his recent faux pas there was a loud crackle of thunder and a sudden cloudburst that sent everyone scrambling for shelter. The pleasant mood of the afternoon was shattered and somehow his explanation regarding the pennysaver fiasco fell on deaf ears as they huddled under the cafe awning.

  i went to a small non-denominational church yesterday - first time in a church since i left the borg 4 years ago - and this is how i observed several of the members singing.. .

  boy... do those people love to sing.. .

  i try not to judge the sincerity of others but i was a little put off by the experience because it looked fake, showy display-ish.
